
Day 10: Listen to this audio upon waking. It will guide you through Step 1 ("Inner Space") and includes a couple of minutes of "Somatic Movement" (Step 2). Afterwards, feel into your body: Do you want to continue with more movement? Then you can either continue with your own practice or choose one of the provided somatic yoga flows of this course. Then, continue with your "Hydration & Nourishment" (Step 3) - use the video of Blessing your Food for some guidance. Lastly, fill out your Workbook Sheet of Day 10. __ After Day 10, continue for the rest of this week in the same pattern. Start listening to Audio 4 OR Audio 5 OR Audio 6 in the mornings of Day 11, 12, 13, and 14. Move on with some form of movement, hydration & nourishment - including a "bless-your-food" practice. :-) Lastly, fill out your sheet for each Day in the Workbook.
